Ella was just a normal teenager with a normal life, until she was badly injured in a car crash after a Valentine's day dance. After she woke up in the hospital, she suffers with amnesia. She doesn't remember anything from the weeks before the accident, and this includes why she broke up with her boyfriend. 

Now a year later, she is trying to life a normal life as much as possible despite her missing memories. But everything changes when she starts to receive paper hearts from a secret admirer, and the paper hearts contain the answers she is searching for. The hearts take her on a journey to also find the most important answer, who is sending them and why? It must be someone who knows a lot about her and her life, and maybe the answer is closer to her then she thought...

My thoughts about this book are a littlebit mixed. The first part was a bit entertaining, the middle part lacked action and interesting plot things happening in my view, and the last part was a bit entertaining again. Though I wanted to like this book more then I actually did. But the story was just at many points lacking action and kept hanging in the usual YA romance parts that I have read in many other books before. The car crash thing is something I have seen in many other YA books, so that wasn't helping that much eather. If you like very sweet YA romances that fit in the usual YA genre, this is the one for you, but you won't miss out on very much if you don't read this one..
