Tweet Heart by Elizabeth Rudnick

Claire is a hopeless romantic. Lottie is determined to set up her BFF with Mr. Perfect. Will wants his secret crush to finally notice him. Bennett is a man with a plan.

Claire can’t believe it when her dream guy starts following her on Twitter. She never thought he noticed her, and suddenly he seems to understand her better than almost anyone.

But the Twitterverse can be a confusing place, especially when friends act differently online than they do in person. Things get even more complicated when Claire realizes she’s falling for someone else, the last person she ever would have expected….

Tweet Heart is completely written down in short Twitter messages, and a few blog posts by Claire and Bennett Ofcourse it is nice, hip and trendy to go with the twitter flow, and a story can stand or fall with this concept. In the case of Tweet Heart, I think it's a fall. The story is weak and not very impressing and lacks an actual plot. At firsthand I couldn't make out who was who and how they where related.I only could find out that they where in the same high school. I truly hope after reading this book that I will never come that far that people only will communicate with each other through Twitter feeds, I just could not believe that the four teens in the book where almost sitting next to eachother and talked trough Twitter, very unrealistic(ofcourse, I know, its fiction!) Not my cup of tea..
