At first Kim refuses to wake up and smell the bougainvillea, but as she starts to succumb to the irresistible delights of cocktails on the terrace and millionaire suitors, she's surprised to realise she's changing. And when she meets a man who's tiramisu personified, she finds herself falling in love. But how far will she go to win her Romeo?
I thought this book was ok, to be honest I expected more of it and it was lacking some fun action. Romantic? yes, real beach/pool read? ..ehm yes. But I have some critique points. The story was just far too long, and with too many characters walking in and out the countless hotels and bars in Italy, right into the lives of Kim and her mother, wich seemed very weird and just too unrealistic too be fun to read. It annoyed me while reading after a while. Could have been better..
