Five different children live in five different countries around the world. One thing they have in common; they al have met a strange an mysterious lady. Madame Villeroy.
That night, all the five kids, Bicé , Belle, Christian, Valentin and Victoria, mysteriously dissapear to appear in their teen years in New York City, in the mysterious house of Madame Villeroy, which they have sold their souls too and who is now their governess. The teens all attend Marlowe, an elite school for the best and whealtiest kids of New York City. All the five teens have special extraordinary gifts, But as the students claw their way up — reading minds, erasing scenes, stopping time, stealing power, seducing with artificial beauty — they start to suffer the sideeffects of their own addictions. And as they make further deals with the devil, they uncover secrets more shocking than their most unforgivable sins.
Another Faust is a gothic mysterious book, it was a sort of Twilight meets Gossip Girl. The book is based on the story of Faust and is the first book in a new series.
The story about the five teens misses an actual plot that keeps you interested and it left me with many questions. I am really curious how the series develops. It was an entertaining read, not my most favorite but definately worth reading.
