This book looks like just another cute teen book, but the inside just suprises you. Carly's live is turned totally upside down when her mom is accused of stealing from her company's credit card. This has a huge impact on Carly's live, as some of her best friends let her down because of her mother's actions. It is just shocking to read how Carly's live just changes in a few days, and that being rich has side effects too. I enjoyed reading this original novel by Courtney Sheinmel, she tells the story of Carly and her mom ins a fabulous realistic and gripping way!
