Rhylee and Abby where always close as sisters, but things take a turn for the bad when Abby sees Rhylee kissing her boyfriend Tommie. Angry and upset, she rans into the woods where the three of them where after a party. Rhylee and Tommy try to find her, but Abby has hidden herself. The day after, Abby doesn't return home, and even so the following days there is no trace of her. Abby is missing, and posters of her are soon found around town, so she hopefully will be found back soon. But that doesn't happen. Abby seems to have vanished in the woods. Then strange and mysterious things start to happen. Crop circles appear in the fields next to the house of Rhylee's family. And in the middle of the night. Rhylee feels the presence of someone in her room and her bed starts shaking, and someone is calling her name. Then someone is shining with a flashlight into her room. Could it be Abby giving her signs? Things turn crazy when Abby's missing turns into a village cult movement that comes together at the crop circles, claiming also that they have seen Abby in the woods.  Rhylee feels very guilty about Abby's missing. She doesn't tell her family or friends what happened between her and Tommy. Will Abby return alive?

Wow, this book what thrilling and it gave me goosebumps! What happens between Rhylee and Tommy and Abby's dissappearance and missing afterwards where worked out very well by the author. Some parts did have some loose ends though; like in the scenes at night when mysterious things happen in Rhylee's bedroom, I would have liked some kinds of conclusion or unraveling who was behind this (I truly thought it was Abby). The author did a nice job to keep the mystery up untill the end, altough I was a bit dissapointed with how the author revealed what happened to Abby, as it was quite short part in the book. I really would have liked a more thrilling unraveling, as you really think this is going to happen after all the mystery that builds up. But beside that, this is a very impressively and beautiful written book, which truly makes up for it!
