Somehow Spells isn't enchanting and sparkly as Wings. This sequel lacked actual plotting, and as it was more than 300 pages long, it is hard to sit out when there isn't any excitement in the story. Sometimes it is just better, with books and movies, that there is just one movie or book and no sequel, because the sequel can be really dissapointing when you compare it. Spells is one of those books. The first book was great, but the second one missed it. It just could not put a spell on me.

i haven't read Wings yet..i heard it's good. is Miley still suppose to be in the movie? spells does look good. great review!
