In the third novel in the Poseur series, we are back at the luxurious private school Winston Prep where four teen who are forced into a class together to make a fashion line and label.
In Petty in Pink, we read about the strive of the girs to get their handbag desing , the ''Trick-or-Treater'' in the fashion line of Beverly Hills designer Ted Pelligan.

, Charlotte, Petra, and Janie try everything in their might to get their handbag in this fanous store, but after all, Ted loses his interest so it seems.
They start to organize a big Poseur party, but Melissa's stepmother, fashion designer Vivien Ho tries to prevent this, because all the papparazi eyes have to be on her, and not on Poseur..

Petty in Pink is just a funny continue in the Poseur Books. It wasn't the most original I have ever read and some parts where so over the top that I really had to laugh. I think the Poseur series will most appeal to younger teens, personally as an older reader I got annoyed at some points by the language used by the girls. But over all a light entertaining read, and fun fashionista characters!
