For Olivia, Christmas has no particular special meaning. Her family always wanted to go for a Christmas in sunny destination, so a real snowy Christmas..she doesn't care about it.

This changed at her work: one of her co-workers who was supposed to lead the company's travel to a conference in New York, cancels her trip all of a sudden because of personal reason's and Olivia is assigned to stand in for her. Everything goes well for the conference, untill the day they have to travel back to the UK comes closer. A heavy snowstorm has made it impossible to travel back to the UK, as all flights are canceled until further notice. Now Olivia has to improvise as this is an unexpected event and she is not sure what to do now. But she shows her best managing skills and it works. The whole group of co-workers have to stay in New York City untilthe planes to the UK are back in full swing. Not everyone likes this, as now they can't spend Christmas with their families back home, but hey, is there a more sizzling and romantic place to spend the holidays then in NYC? Olivia assures everyone to make the most of it, and she does so herself, with her friend and co-worker John, and later on with her romantic fling Elijah that she met on the airport when the flights where canceled. Olivia has the most magical Christmas of her life, but as December 25th draws closer, Olivia suddenly finds herself with a decision to make: who does she really want to kiss under the mistletoe this Christmas?

If you want to get in the Christmas mood early, don't look further and get yourself a copy of this book. Just like her previous book, the author sets the right tone to get you in the holiday spirit. I must say though that this book had a much stronger plot and character then Lisa's previous Christmas read. I liked  Olivia's character. She makes the best of unexpected situations that happen throughout the book and is a great manager who put's her workers first. Even when the planes are getting back in action, she lets her team go first to get the best seats. Even when that means she is alone on Christmas. But the romance with Elijah and Jon makes her feel anything but alone. As a reader you are just waiting to find out who is Mr. lucky for her.

It is a very entertaining and fun read that i truly recommend!
